Why integrate Yay! Forms with ChatFunnel?

ChatFunnel is a CRM and automation platform that receives your form data directly into your account. When connected to Yay! Forms, it automatically creates contacts and organizes leads into boards and stages. You can map form fields to ChatFunnel lists, select a board and stage, and assign static or dynamic tags to categorize responses.

After connecting your account, simply choose the board and stage where your form data will be sent, then map your form fields to ChatFunnel fields. You can add static tags or automatically assign tags based on multiple-choice answers to better segment your leads.

Automation and conditional logic

ChatFunnel allows you to set priorities for responses and define conditions that determine when data should be sent. Dynamic tags and priorities help automate follow-ups and trigger workflows based on the respondent’s selections.

How to use this integration

  1. Open your form in Yay! Forms, go to the Integrate tab, select ChatFunnel, and click Configure.
  2. Click Connect and enter your ChatFunnel API key (generated in Settings → API Keys).
  3. Select the board and stage where your form data should be sent.
  4. Map your form fields to ChatFunnel fields and add static tags if needed.
  5. (Optional) Set dynamic tags or priorities based on multiple-choice answers and define conditions for when data should be sent to ChatFunnel.
