Contacts, opportunities, and companies

Once connected, you can map your form fields to create contacts, opportunities, and companies in GoHighLevel. You can define the pipeline and stage for each opportunity, associate contacts with companies, and ensure all relevant data from your form responses is stored correctly.

Tags and conditional logic

The integration allows you to apply static or dynamic tags to contacts based on form responses, including multiple-choice selections. You can also enable conditional sending, ensuring data is only sent to GoHighLevel when specific conditions are met. This makes it easy to segment leads and trigger the right automations.

Automation and data flow

By sending form data directly into GoHighLevel, you can trigger workflows, automations, and follow-ups without manual intervention. You can also send previous responses to GoHighLevel, ensuring historical data is fully synchronized with your CRM.

How to use this integration

  1. In Yay! Forms, open your form and go to the Integrate tab.
  2. Select GoHighLevel and click Configure.
  3. Connect your GoHighLevel account (a new tab will open for authentication).
  4. Map your form fields to create contacts in GoHighLevel.
  5. Select a pipeline and stage, then map fields to create opportunities.
  6. Map form fields to create companies.
  7. Add static or dynamic tags based on responses.
  8. Enable conditional sending if you want to control when data is sent.
  9. Activate Run on previous responses to send already-collected data.
