It centralizes customer data and provides powerful tools for pipeline management and automation. When integrated with Yay! Forms, every form submission can automatically create or update records in HubSpot, ensuring your leads are captured and organized without manual effort.
Contacts, deals, and companies
Once connected, you can map your form fields to create contacts, deals, and companies in HubSpot. For deals, you can define the pipeline and stage where the deal will be created. For companies, you can optionally define the industry segment and then map additional fields to store company information.
Conditional sending and reprocessing
The integration supports conditional sending, allowing data to be sent to HubSpot only when specific conditions based on form responses are met. You can also enable Run on previous responses to send already-collected responses, ensuring historical data is synchronized with HubSpot.
Automation and data flow
By sending form data directly to HubSpot, you can trigger workflows, automations, and follow-ups automatically. This keeps your CRM always up to date and allows your team to focus on nurturing leads and closing deals.

How to use this integration
- In Yay! Forms, open your form and go to the Integrate tab.
- Select HubSpot and click Configure.
- Connect your HubSpot account.
- Map form fields to create contacts in HubSpot.
- Select a pipeline and stage, then map fields to create deals.
- Select the company industry (optional) and map fields to create companies.
- Enable conditional sending if you want to control when data is sent.
- Activate Run on previous responses to send previously collected responses.
