Contacts, deals, and companies
Once connected, you can map your form fields to create contacts, deals, and companies in RD Station CRM, assign owners, define the appropriate pipeline and stage, and link contacts to deals. You can also send conversions associated with each contact and trigger submissions based on previous answers or only when specific conditions are met.

RD Station CRM automates follow-up reminders, emails, and routine tasks, while keeping all communication logged within the platform. The integration ensures that your form submissions feed directly into your sales process, allowing your team to focus on closing deals.
How to use this integration
- In Yay! Forms, open your form, go to the Integrate tab, select RD Station CRM, and click Configure.
- Connect your RD Station account.
- Map your form fields to create contacts in the CRM.
- Select a pipeline, owner, and stage, and map additional fields to create deals and link them to contacts.
- Map fields to create companies, choosing the segment and owner.
- Enable Send conversions to associate conversions with the contact.
- Use conditional sending or enable Run on previous responses to send already-collected responses.
