Integrate Yay! Forms with Telegram

Telegram is a fast and secure messaging platform widely used for real-time communication. When integrated with Yay! Forms, it allows you to receive instant notifications directly in your Telegram chats whenever a form is submitted. This ensures you never miss new responses and can react quickly without logging into the platform.

Real-time notifications

Once connected, every new form submission can trigger a Telegram message. You can customize the message subject using fixed text or dynamic placeholders, including form titles and field values, making notifications clear and contextual.

Trigger conditions and flexibility

The integration supports trigger conditions, allowing notifications to be sent only when specific rules are met based on form responses. You can also enable case-insensitive conditions, ensuring consistent behavior regardless of how users enter their answers.

Easy management and testing

You can enable or disable the integration at any time, edit its configuration, and run tests to ensure everything is working correctly. Tests use data from the most recent valid response and do not mark responses as sent.

How to use this integration

1. In Yay! Forms, open your form and go to the Integrate tab.
2. Scroll to Telegram and click Configure.
3. Select an existing Telegram account or connect a new one.
4. If connecting a new account, define an account name, enter the Chat ID, and confirm using the verification code.
5. (Optional) Define a subject for the Telegram message using text or placeholders.
6. (Optional) Configure a trigger condition to control when notifications are sent.
7. Enable the integration and run a test to validate the setup.
